Shai-Osudoku District Hospital
Built To Care Ghana
The Shai-Osudoku Hospital is the first of a new generation of District Hospitals in West Africa, situated at Dodowa on the outskirts of Accra, Ghana. It has been designed with a low energy footprint, low capex and low running costs.
It was designed, engineered and built by an award-winning team lead by NMS Infrastructure; master-planners and architects, TP Bennett; and consulting engineers, Campbell Reith.
Dodowa Hospital represents a new blueprint for cost-effective healthcare being rolled out across Ghana.
Tubalange Mini Hospital
Built To Care Zambia
Tubalange Mini Hospital was handed over to the Zambian Ministry of Health in 2020, as part of Phase 1 of the Zambian Built to Care Mini Hospital project.
The MOH have worked in conjunction with NMSI, as the prime EPC contractor for the project, alongside a team of world-class engineers and architects, as well as local contractors, to create these state of the art, modern, fully equipped Mini Hospitals providing improved access to primary healthcare for the people of Zambia
Stoneridge Health Centre
Built To Care Zimbabwe
Stoneridge Health Centre in Harare was ceremonially handed over by the President of The Republic of Zimbabwe, His Excellency, Cde. E. D. Mnangagwe on Friday 13th May 2022.
The Zimbabwean Ministry of Health and Childcare, in collaboration with NMS Infrastructure, has invested an estimate $210 Million into bringing quality healthcare to all Zimbabweans. Part A of this project will deliver 4 x 20-Bed Health Centres, before Part B that will deliver 26 x 20-Bed Health Centres and 5 x 60-Bed District Hospitals.
Stoneridge Health Centre has been designed with Outpatient, Maternity, ART and Inpatient facilities along with ancillary facilities including a service yard and staff accommodation. These facilities are designed to be central to the delivery of local healthcare, forming important hubs that provide a range of localised first-step primary healthcare services.
